1. Order Handling & Dispatch
Processing Times: Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Confirmation: After your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. The tracking information acts as confirmation that the shipment has been successfully dispatched.
2. International Deliveries & Customs
Ellavore ships to customers worldwide.
Import Fees & Duties: Delivery timelines may differ depending on your country and customs procedures. Any customs charges, import duties, taxes, or related fees required by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs Delays or Refusals: Refunds, returns, or chargebacks will not be provided for delays caused by customs processing, unpaid import fees, or packages refused by the recipient.
3. Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Orders
We carefully package every order, though shipping issues can occasionally occur while in transit.
Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged, please contact info@ellavore.com within 30 days of delivery and include clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
Outer Packaging: Minor wear or cosmetic damage to external packaging during shipping does not qualify for compensation if the product itself arrives undamaged and fully functional.
Delivered Parcels: Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, responsibility for the package passes to the recipient. Ellavore cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels after confirmed delivery.
Claims for Missing Packages: Customers must first open a claim with the shipping carrier and provide supporting documentation where required. Any issues relating to packages marked as delivered must be reported to Ellavore within 7 days of the delivery date for review eligibility.
4. Customer Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete. Ellavore is not liable for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses or parcels returned due to failed delivery attempts.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.

- Australia & New Zealand: approximately 6–14 business days

- Singapore: approximately 8–11 business days
